REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing custom-made leather shoes from LUXURY HAVEN LLC. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our refund and exchange policy below.

  1. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
    Custom Products: Since our shoes are custom-made according to the customer’s personal choices, we do not offer refunds unless there is a quality issue or the wrong item was shipped.
    Quality Issues: If the shoes you received have obvious quality problems or damage, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
    Incorrect Size: If you find that the shoes are the wrong size, you can request an exchange. We require you to submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Return and Exchange Process
    Contact Customer Service: Please first contact our customer service team via email or phone to explain your situation and obtain return authorization.

    Prepare for Return: After receiving return authorization, please return the item in its original packaging, complete and undamaged. Ensure the shoes are unworn and in their original condition.

    Ship the Package: Ship the shoes to the address above and ensure you choose a shipping method with tracking. We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt.
  3. Processing Time
    Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request within 5 business days.
    Refund Time: If a refund is requested, the refund will be issued within 5 business days after the request is processed, using your original payment method.
  4. Shipping Cost Policy
    Please note that unless the product has a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The shipping costs and related fees for exchanges will also be paid by the customer, but we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
  5. Important Notes
    We recommend that you confirm your size and options before placing your order to reduce the need for returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
    For custom-made shoes, due to the nature of customization, a full refund may not be possible.
